Overview
MiMotivo is a motivation and wellness companion app available for iOS and Android. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Data Collection
MiMotivo stores your clients, routines, exercises, workouts, sets, progress history, and preferences locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is never collected, stored on external servers, or transmitted anywhere.
Data Usage
- Clients and Routines: Stored locally on your device to organize your training
- Exercises, Workouts, and Sets: Stored locally to track every session in detail
- Progress History: Generated locally from your data and stored on your device only
- Preferences: Your app settings are stored locally on your device only
- No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
Data Storage
All data used by MiMotivo is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers that collect or store your information. Your clients, routines, workouts, and progress history are yours alone.
Third-Party Services
MiMotivo does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no ads in the app.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit any of your data to third parties. Your clients, routines, workouts, and progress history stay on your device.
Data Retention
MiMotivo stores all your data — clients, routines, workouts, sets, progress history, and preferences — locally on your device. We do not operate a server, and we do not transmit your workout data to us or to any third party. Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep MiMotivo installed.
Purchase records (in-app product entitlements such as Progress Insights and Client Management) are stored locally and synced through your platform's billing system (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android) as part of your Apple ID or Google account. These records follow Apple's and Google's own retention policies.
How to Delete Your Data
You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time:
- In-app: Open any client, routine, exercise, or workout entry and use the delete action. To remove all client and routine data at once, go to More Options → Delete All Clients.
- Reset your purchase/trial state on iOS: Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → MiMotivo → Offload App or Delete App.
- Reset your purchase/trial state on Android: Clear MiMotivo's app storage from your device's Settings → Apps → MiMotivo → Storage → Clear data.
- Uninstall the app: Removing MiMotivo from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data (workouts, routines, clients, preferences, and trial records).
Because we do not store any of your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. If you have purchased an in-app product through Google Play and wish to request a refund or removal of those purchase records, please follow Google Play's refund and account-data process at https://support.google.com/googleplay. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, please follow Apple's refund process at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
Children's Privacy
MiMotivo does not knowingly collect any information from children. All app data is stored locally on the user's device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
